Clean and cut the mushroom. Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic onion and saute for 1 min. Add mushroom stalks.
Add spinach, stirfry till water has absorbed, add salt pepper, parsely, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and oregano. Cool it. Add breadcrumbs. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture, top it with cheese.
Pre heat oven at 180° C and bake for 10 mins. Serve with barbecue sauce.
