soak soya granules in two cup of water for fifteen minutes Drain and squeeze extra water
In a large bowl mix together soya granules, oats, breadcrumbs, mashed potatoes onion green chili, chopped coriander, cumin, red chili powdrr,clove, cinnamon powder, lemon juice, salt Mix
Divide mixture into four portions Shape into patties about three inch diameter and half inch thick
Coat with breadcrumbs Heat a non stick pan and cook patties on both sides till crisp.
Half the buns and place them on tava and warm it. Place lettuce leaves onion ring apply green chutney on one side Place patties and top it with mayo and cover with the other side of bun serve with Frenchfries
