Rajgeera and Dal Shorba
Cook the dals with turmeric in pressure cooker till they become mashy.
Ina pan take oil, add hing, curry leaves, onion, garlic and sauté for a minute.
Add madras curry powder and add cooked dal to it.
Add little water to adjust the consistency and bring to boil.
Simmer, add tomatoes, rajgeera, boil for a minute.
Add tamarind paste, coconut milk simmer for 1 minute and serve.
