Method:

Take in a big vessel 1cup of water and bring it to boil

in another bowl take the flour and add one cup of water to it and mix well

see that no lumps are formed

add this mixture to the boiling water add the gheeand salt mix well

cover and cook for 5mins

once it is cooled roll into small balls

serve with sambhar or dal
