Heat butter in a pan and cook onions, garlic, ginger, chillies, spicies and curry powder and curry leaves stir till onion turns pink.
Add carrot pototoe apple dal and stock and pressure cook till 4mins on simmer.
Blend the veg and dal mixture . Strain and reture to the pan adjust thickness Add salt and parrika powder tamarind lenom juice stir in coconut milk do not boil as coconut milk may cuddle. Add corriander leaves and serve.
