Moong Dal Chille
Soak moong dal for 3 hours, drain water and grind to a fine paste. Make green chili & cumin seeds paste. Mix this paste with the moong dal paste, add chili powder, turmeric, salt, soda bi carbonate, hing to it. Add water and make it to dosa batter consistency. Grease a tava with oil spread the batter into a circular disc, drizzle with oil & cook on either side. It takes about 2 minutes to cook on either side.
Note: to increase protein content you can make a stuffing with 2 tbsp of grated paneer, 1 tsp of minced garlic, pinch of minced green chilies, salt and coriander leaves for each chilla.
