Minestrone Soup

Ingredients:

Method:

Boil the macaroni and the peas. Cut all the other vegetables finely. Heat butter and fry all the vegatables except tomatoes for 2 mins.
Pour the stock and give it a boil. Mix the cornflour with ½ cup of water and mix to the boiling stock. Cook for 5 mins.
Add the cooked macaroni, peas and baked beans, tomatoes tomato ketchup salt and pepper.
Cook for 4-5mins and serve with grated cheese & basil.
Brown stock:

2carrots, 4-5 beans, 1 onion, 1 potato, 2 tomatoes, cabbage ½ cup. Add 7 cups of water and pressure cook. Blend and pass through seive.

White stock:

200 gms white pumkin, 1 onion, 1 potatoe ½ cup cabbage, 3 sticks of celery. Add 7 cups of water and pressure cook. Blend and pass through sieve.

Clear stock:

2carrots diced, 1 onion diced, 1cup cabbage shreded, 2 stalks celery cut. Boil in 7cups of water for 20mins strain and use.
