Lentil Potato Pancakes
Make a puree by blending grated potato and dal, add wheat flour, minced garlic, coriander leaves, salt. Mix, add water till a dosa batter consistency is formed. Let it sit for half an hour. Pre heat the skillet (tava) and grease it with oil, pour the batter on it and make small pancakes. Drizzle with oil on sides and cook on either side. Drizzle oil as required till they are well done. It takes about a minute for each side. Serve with chutney.
