Grilled Paneer With Orange Ginger Sauce
Put the butter in a grill pan and fry the paneer piecis for 2 mins on both sides Drizzle with tobasco and lemon juice.
For the Orange sauce:
Heat butter in a pan add onion fry till translucent. Add the ginger and fry for a minute. Add orange segments, salt and pepper. Fry for 1 min. Mix cornflour with orange juice and add.
Cook till it gives a glaze to the sauce.
Arrange the panner piecies on a bed of lettuce and laddle on the sauce and serve.
