Creole Paneer Fingers



Preheat the oven at 180°C.

Mix all the ingredients for Creole spice mix in a bowl.

Marinate the cottage cheese with garlic paste, salt, lemon juice and 2-3 tablespoons of the prepared spice mix. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.

Spread the breadcrumbs on a plate. Add some spice mix to the breadcrumbs and mix well.

Roll the marinated cottage cheese in the seasoned breadcrumbs mixture. Arrange on the baking tray lined with silicon sheet or butter paper. Alternatively, you can grease the baking tray and arrange the cottage cheese discs.

Place the tray in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Serve hot.
