Red Chana Soup
Boil the chana well and blend it to a puree.
Take oil in a kadai and heat it. Add garlic and roast it.
Put chana atta and roast it. Add red chilli powder, turmeric, tamarind pulp and salt.
Add the chana puree to it.
Mix well and boil for ten minutes adding water till it is at the desired consistency.
