Long hair is a part of the Indian female aesthetic and a mark of classic beauty; regardless of someone’s class or caste. I know how bad women feel when they lose their hair and I was determined to do something to make them feel better. That is when I learnt that my friend donated her long hair. This gesture inspired me to donate my hair. I chanced upon reports of people who donated their hair and how these gestures had helped bring smiles on the faces of cancer patients.My idea of posting this is to inspire more people for this great cause.
