It’s a very happy moment for me as I’ve been wanting to donate my hair for a very long time. I was really impressed by a friend’s 10-year-old son donating his hair and that day I decided to donate my hair. Donating hair was a very personal thing (specially belonging to a muslim family) but just the thought of it gave so much sense of pride and happiness and I decided to donate my hair.
It takes a lot to find the courage to be strong during the difficult phase of being detected with cancer and it’s just a small action from me – to be able to do something for this noble cause.
